北京亿华通科技有限公司，是在科技部、北京市政府、清华大学的大力支持下，从事新能源汽车领域技术研发及应用的高新技术企业，是北京清华节能与新能源汽车工程中心的产业化实体。
经过多年发展，公司已在多种型式新能源汽车整车设计、动力系统研发、电子控制系统开发、车用加氢站的建设运行等方面，取得了深入进展和重要成果。
公司依托清华大学的科研背景，先后承担了国家“863”计划电动汽车重大专项的“燃料电池城市客车示范车开发与试验运行研究”项目、“可再生能源制氢及HCNG城市客车研发”项目、“新能源汽车动力总成控制器的研发和产业化”项目，联合国开发计划署“中国燃料电池公共汽车商业化示范”等项目，在燃料电池客车、增程式电动客车、混合动力客车整车匹配研究及系统集成技术方面取得了重大进展，形成了从关键零部件到成套系统的开发与测试体系。
经过多年的积累，公司已经形成了以汽车新型动力系统和氢能系统研发为核心的新能源汽车核心技术开发能力，圆满完成了科技部863电动汽车重大专项所属的燃料电池城市客车研发、多种新型混合动力汽车研发、北京氢能示范园建设、燃料电池客车奥运会、世博会、青奥会示范、燃料电池客车北京公交运营等任务。公司的成果得到了国内外专家和组织的高度称赞，多名中国科学院和工程院院士、科技部部长、北京市领导、美国能源部部长、欧盟科技专员、GEF总裁等先后对公司进行考察，访问。与美国、欧盟、加拿大等政府及科研机构，BP、shell等国际能源公司以及通用、丰田、福特、大众等汽车公司进行了广泛的技术交流与合作。
Beijing SinoHytec Co., Ltd is a high-tech company focusing on R&D and industrialization of new energy and energy saving transportation technologies with the support from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, Beijing Municipal Government and Tsinghua University. SinoHytec Co., Ltd is the industrialization body of Energy-Saving and New Energy Vehicle Engineering Center of Tsinghua University.
With the support from Energy-Saving and New Energy Vehicle Engineering Center of Tsinghua University, SinoHytec has developed a series of advanced R&D and testing systems including the multi-energy generator test bed, engine test bed, battery pack and ultra-capacitor test bed, FC power train dynamic test bed and controller test bed, which lay a solid foundation for the fulfillment of new energy vehicle design and relevant works.
Years of efforts on the key technologies of new kind vehicle power systems and hydrogen powered systems guaranteed the capabilities to fulfill the tasks of national “863 Plan” of R&D of Fuel Cell Bus, R&D on kinds of hybrid electric vehicles, establishment of Beijing hydrogen park, FCB demonstration for Beijing Olympics and Shanghai World Expo, Singapore Youth Olympics and Beijing Public Route Transportation. Recognitions and praise for these achievements from experts both in and abroad poured to the company. Members from the Chinese Academy of Science and Chinese Academy of Engineering, Minister of Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology, officials from Beijing Municipal Government, Secretary of US Department of Energy, and the Commissioner of EU Science and Technology，GEF CEO have visited SinoHytec respectively.
