苏州中来光伏新材股份有限公司原名为苏州中来太阳能材料技术有限公司,成立于2008年初,更名于2011年6月.注册资本6000万元,是一家专业从事光伏封装材料和氟硅功能高分子材料研发生产和销售的国家级高新技术企业.
公司坐落于风景秀丽的江南水乡常熟市沙家浜镇,距上海虹桥机场仅1小时车程,工厂占地近100亩,规划建筑面积60000多平方米,其中技术研发中心5000多平方米.公司拥有多条全自动等离子体精密涂覆生产线和多台先进分析检测仪器及10万级净化车间.与上海交通大学太阳能研究所、晨光化工研究院、国家教育部有机硅（杭州）重点实验室等国内知名高校、科研院所展开长期技术合作，并与美国可再生能源国家实验室（nrel）、美国ul实验室、日本大金工业株式会社等机构保持紧密联系，共同致力于光伏封装材料的研发和技术推广。
2008年，公司在全球光伏业界率先推出晶硅太阳电池组件封装用四氟型太阳电池背膜，经中国国家权威部门鉴定确认该产品在粘接性、耐候性、阻隔性、电气绝缘性等方面均达到了国际先进水平，并通过了德国tuv、瑞士sgs、美国ul等国际认证，并于2009年获得江苏省高新技术产品认证。目前，公司已申报相关专利26项，其中已授权14项。

jolywood (suzhou) sunwatt co.,ltd, which was formerly known as jolywood (suzhou) solar material technology co., ltd. is a national torch plan key high-tech enterprises (certificate no.: gz20103200122) established in early 2008 with registered capital of rmb 60 million and changed its name in june,2010, who is specialized in the researching, manufacturing and selling of pv encapsulation materials and high polymer materials with silicon and/or fluorine function.
located in the scenic city of south of yangtze river, shajiabang town, changshu city, jolywood is only one hour’ driving distance from shanghai hongqiao airport. our company covers an area of nearly 100 acres with planning construction area of 60,000 square meters, including 5000 square metres of technology research and development centre. jolywood has been equipped with a series number of automatic coating production lines and precision plasma sets of advanced analytical instruments, and a 100k class purification standard workshop. jolywood has been in cooperation with many famous universities and institutes, such as shanghai jiaotong university, chenguang research institute of chemical industry and organic silicon key lab (hangzhou) that under the administration of ministry of education of china. jolywood is also maintain intimate relationship with nrel, ul, daikin and some other organizations for a purpose of cooperating in the researching and technical marketing of pv encapsulation materials.
in 2008, jolywood took the lead in manufacturing of tetra-fluoro based solar module backsheet for the encapsulating of crystalline silicon solar modules. certified by tuv, sgs and ul, this backsheet has been appraised by national authorities that it comes up to an international advanced level in adhesivity, weather-resistance, barrier property and electrical insulation. and in 2009 this product got jiangsu province high-tech product certification (certificate no.: 090581g0032n). currently, our company has declared 26 patents, of which 14 have been authorized.
