LUXURY & LEISURE (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., a wholly own subsidiary of CMS Industrial Corp., is a Los Angeles, California based company with multiple-line operations in China and Taiwan markets. Established in 1981, CMS Industrial Corp. is a leading company with many years\' experience in manufacturing and trading business.
CMS is an activate company who is not only satisfying in maintaining steady growth of original business, but also intending to diversify business category. Our venture capitalist/owner establishes a new business enterprise “LUXURY & LEISURE (Shanghai) Limited”.
LUXURY & LEISURE will focus on three main business categories:
Elite Boutique - A place for luxurious and precious collections; products range includes: jade, tian huang & other precious stones, plus wide collections of limited edition and collectible watches. We bring our customers to an atmosphere of elegant & luxury world. Most of the goods are from the owner’s private collection. This store is targeted to be opened in 2011.
The Lingerie Corner - LUXURY & LEISURE define their product level as high-end commodities and will only target for top lingerie brand, such as DAMARIS, is one of the World’s top 10 lingerie brand. LUXURY & LEISURE have spent years in the market research and selecting the best location for the lingerie stores. The first flagship store is scheduled to open in 3rd quarter of 2011; thereafter, six more stores in the main cities of China and Taipei will be opened within 2012-2013.
Baby World - Nowadays, baby is treated like a “King” in the family in China; the need of high-end baby products in China market will be prosperous. LUXURY & LEISURE decided to develop superstores for baby products, bring in worldwide famous brands, the store will provide all kinds of baby products; such as dresses, toys, toddlers, trolleys, daily goods, baby food etc. It will be a ONE-STOP-SHOP for the consumers to purchase any product for their babies from age 0 to 4. The first store is scheduled to open by end of this year.
