高校科技管理培训中心（简称培训中心），是由教育部科技发展中心、北京大学、清华大学、复旦大学、南开大学、四川大学等中国著名高校企业共同创办的高校科技产业化促进中心，以及中国高校校办产业协会共同发起设立，经教育部批准成立的全国性教育服务机构。
根据“全国高校科技产业化服务体系建设计划”，高校科技管理培训中心主要致力于高校科技产业人才服务体系建设。其宗旨是为全面提高中国高校产业管理队伍的整体素质、改善其专业知识结构提供教育培训服务，并通过整合国内外优质教育资源，为中国高校科技产业领导干部、企业经营管理队伍搭建一个终身教育培训与交流的平台。
China University Training Center for Science-Technology (CUTC) is established by China University High-Tech Industry Development Co., Ltd. (CUTID) and Chinese Association of University-Run Industries (CAUI). CUTID is established by Science-Technology Development Center of the Ministry of Education of P.R. China, China university enterprises of Beijing University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Nankai University and Sichuan University. As a nationwide education and educational service institution, CUTC is licensed by the Ministry of Education and registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs of P.R. China.
