Established in 2007, approved by ISO9001international quality management system in the same year, with certificate number: 110710020. Based upon certain prestige in blister & packaging industry and wide customers, the Plant has been very popular among customers for many years.
本厂的产品质量上乘，可随时为客户提供PVC、APET、PETG、PS、PP、PE等原料的吸塑产品，产品广泛应用于电子、玩具、食品、日用品、化妆品、五金工具、家用电器、文教体育用品等行业。
With a variety of raw materials and high quality, Yuying Plant can always meet the customer’s demand and its blister products are sold at home and abroad. At present, the plant can manufacture PVC, APET, PETG, PP, PS, PE and other blister products in specialized way for customers. The products are widely applied in the electron, toys, food，hardware & electrical, culture, education and sports goods, cosmetics, and other industries for product packaging.
工厂面积3600多平方米，且设备齐全，目前已配备有高速多工位连续工序正负压热成型机、数台自动快速真空成型吸塑机、打样机、精密四柱自动平衡油压裁断机、平压压痕切线机、高週波机，自动粘合机，卷边机，折边机、五金冲床，锣床等设备，现每日可生产10吨以上原料的产品。
The Plant covers over 3,600m2 in land and equipped with several fully new multifunctional automatic high-speed vacuum forming machines, precise four-column automatic balance oil pressure punch press, creasing and cutting machine, high frequency welding machine, fusing machine for plastic box, curling machine, flanging machine, drill, etc. The Engineering Department is provided with complete equipments including proofing press, polisher, milling machine, drill, etc. The daily output of raw materials can be above 6 tons at present.
