We have just established IC design center in Tsinghua Science Park, Beijing. We focus on IC development in wireless communication applications. Our product line includes ICs solutions for communications with handset and WLAN transceivers. We are actively searching for experienced Analog/RF/Mixed-signal CMOS or BiCMOS designers. We have exciting positions requiring hands-on creativity and previous exposure to communications IC, RFIC, ASIC products. Candidates will have plus if they have hands-on experience of broad knowledge of handset system definition, wireless and handset system architecture, RF transceiver design, RF IC design (such as LNA, Mixer, VCO, PLL and PA), or Analog/Mixed-signal IC design (such as AD, DA, Opamps, Active Filters, amplifiers, AGC, DC-DC converters and sensors). Familiar with design, simulation and testing tools is must.
