Six Sigma Outsourcing Corp. (SSO) was formed in August 2004 to market the proven capability of its parent company, Integrated Magnetics, to manufacture high quality, low cost machined components in small to medium volumes, to OEM’s of packaging and food processing equipment. SSO will achieve this by providing customers with an integrated solution to outsourcing low-cost machined components.
SSO’s parent company, Integrated Magnetics (IM), is a major provider of sophisticated high-precision engineered systems to blue chip customers in the semiconductor, power generation, and aerospace industries. A significant portion of IM’s machined components are sourced from company owned facilities in the USA and China, as well as a qualified supply chain in China.
SSO is currently customizing IM’s capability with select pilot clients in the packaging and food processing equipment industry in the US. It expects to apply its full capability in several stages over the next 3 years to provide clients with an integrated outsourcing solution utilizing its comprehensive supply chain management system.
SSO has offices and facilities in Culver City, California; Vancouver, British Columbia; Hong Kong and Huizhou City, China.
