Mott Connell (MCL) is a Hong Kong based engineering consultancy, jointly owned by the Mott MacDonald Group of the United Kingdom and the Connell Wagner Group of Australia, two leading international multi-disciplinary engineering consultants with a global staff complement exceeding 17,000, working in over 100 countries.
We have been working to deliver major projects in Hong Kong since 1957. We are able to draw on the resources of our parent companies to strengthen and reinforce our local technical capabilities whenever the need arrives.
