>关于HFR：
We basically take private apartments that owners don't use all year long and give us for short-term rentals when they are not living in. We find customers for them, manage the apartment (cleaning, changing towels, bed sheets, etc.), welcome the customers (at airport/train station, give them the keys, etc.), collect the rent and give it back to the owners less our commission + fees and charges for cleaning and management).
We have been running this business for 10 years and have gain a valuable know-how that we would like to export to China starting by Shanghai.
There are yet many legal restrictions that we need to be aware of and understand in details before we can do so.
