Incorporated in 1981, Shenzhen Overseas Decoration Engineering Co.,LTD.(ODEC for short) is the first specialized building decoration company established in China . With Grade A qualification in building decoration design and Class I qualification in building decoration construction, ODEC is sponsor and executive director of China Building Decoration Association (CBDA), vice director of Shenzhen Decoration Association and vice director of Beijing Decoration Association.

In 2004 , ODEC creatively integrated the “Three in One” management system with “Criteria for Performance Excellence” and became the first decoration company in China to establish “Performance Excellence” management system.
