Mandecly Limited (hereinafter refer to “the Group”), a Hong Kong registered company found in 1988 who was initially engaged in investment, agency and Imp. & Exp. trade of computer and related electronic equipments. In 1989, the Group has successively invested two joint ventures in Fuzhou City, mainland China: Fujian Star Computer Equipment Co., Ltd., Fujian New Century high-tech Industry Group Co., Ltd. With which the group has achieved good economic and social benefits and made an important contribution to the development of the local high-tech industry. In addition, the Group has served as major sales agent in China market for HP / APOLLO workstations of the U.S. computer maker Hewlett-Packard, for modems of communications equipment manufacturer RACAL, and for memory board of CLEARPOINT.
Since 1991, besides trading business, the Group has also been devoted to exploring the Chinese property market, with integrated feature of real estate investment, real estate agent and property consultant whose activity covers from project development, planning, sales, as well as management, by providing full range of social services.
