Innovation Support Organization (ISO) serves professional, business, that have a focus on technology, commerce, and cultural interactions between North America and China. 同仁四海创新协作组织（简称同仁四海）服务嘱意于北美和中国之间的科技、商务和文化合作的专业团体、商业组织。
ISO’s mission is to: 同仁四海的使命是：
1.Provide operational assistance, business development, and related support for our partners and clients to achieve their business purposes with greater effectiveness and efficiency. 为合作伙伴和客户提供运营、业务发展和其它相关支持，为它们实现各自组织目标取得更好的效益和效率。
2.Assist with the collaboration and learning between North American and Chinese businesses and organizations, with a special regard for the fairness and well-being of that relationship. 协助北美和中国企业、机构之间的合作和学习，对这个关系的公平互益性给予特别提倡。

In fulfilling its mission, Innovation Support Organization (ISO) is committed to conducting itself with the highest standards of integrity and good will. 在实现上述使命的工作中，同仁四海致力于以最高的职业操守和善意为公司行为准则：
