We are currently seeking an experienced HR / People Manager practitioner with experience working in China to redefine the HR function to better meet the needs of a developing business unit in GHD. This is a relationship driven role and will see you leading a small group of HR professionals while contributing to the China management team.
To be successful in this varied and challenging position your strengths and experience will be in advising and coaching managers, and your team on people management issues, training and career development, managing recruitment and selection and performance management.
