Kunshan Venjong Automotive Parts co.,ltd. is a wholly owned German
enterprise, it is founded in kunshan in Feb, 2008 and specialize in producing weights for cars.
All the products are designed and manufactured specially for Chinese OEM and after-sales market, It combined the advanced German design conception and local customer’s demand to better satisfy the Chinese customers need.
All the equipment are high efficiency and automatic, including high speed punching machine, high speed modeling machine, high speed riveting machine, high speed taping machine, and high quality, electrostatic spraying equipment, the quality is controlled by standard operation, and mass production to reduce the products cost.
To assure the reliable test data, we adopt the high-tech testing equipment, including high precision pull &drag test apparatus, electronic numerical hardness, vernier callipers etc. We successfully passed the TS 16949 audit in Jul, 2009 with the hard work of all staff.
