The JU YIN HUI Plastic Mold Co.,Ltd (abbreviated as JYH) was established in the year 2005 and located in Dalingshan Town, Dongguan City, which is specialized in precision plastic and polyfoam mold making and molding services. Since its inception in the plastic and polyfoam industry, JYH has been commited to offering and exporting integrated services to overseas customers which including plastic and polyfoam mold design,prototyping,mold making,plastic injection molding, polyfoam(EPP-Expanded Polypropylene and EPS-Expanded Polystyrene) products moulding,etc.

For the precision plastic mold,the mold base LKM, HASCO,DME are all available, plastic kind and mold steel are according to customers requirement. Before each mold being delivered to customer,we do mold trial and send trial samples for customers approval.
Unlike plastic mold,its quite different to make EPP and EPS polyfoam mold,we request our customer to send us their moulding machines tech data, mold plate drawing and foam product drawing. Then we make 3D mould layout drawing for clients to approval (the mould layout clearly shows how cavities,cores,ejectors,filling guns, screw holes and cooling system being placed) .And we know well about both home and abroad branded moulding machines like Fangyuan,Shunjie,Kingpak and Kurtz, Erlenbach, Alessio,etc. We can CNC make prototypes for clients to check the effect before making mold. Our EPP/EPS molds are mostly made by CNC working and use Aluminum #6061 as mold cavity/core material,which guarantee the high quality during foam moulding. We also have cooperated polyfoam moulding factory to do mold first trial. In that way,many customer often choose to make one cavity at first and after confirmed the sample then to finish the full mould.
