EW Shanghai Int’l is an Iranian Trading Company in Shanghai with 10 years experience in Auto Spare Parts , Textile , Chemical , petrochemical and Mineral commodities . Our activities at the moment mainly focus on Iron Ore , Chrome Ore, Sulfur and Bitumen.
In order to expand our business we need a lady as an assistant manager with following conditions .
Responsibilities:
1. Support to GM，President and Managing Director:
Assistant job for General Manager, President and Managing director,
Secretary daily responsibility
Translation, Coordination, business trip taking care, Assist for business negotiation and all kinds paper works.
(1) Calendar Management
(2) Meeting Coordination, including schedule matching, venue confirmation, attendee confirmation and facility arrangement.
(3) Travel Arrangement, including flight booking, accommodation and other logistics arrangement.
(4) Assistance in documents preparation.
(5) Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager
(6)Fluent in English both speaking and writing .
