Degare Shanghai, founded in 1999, as the general agent of BEKO from German in East China and the distributor in China of DH (Dominick hunter) from UK is the Hi-tech professional firm in energy management of compressed-air. We also own and manage the brand for full range of instruments as the OEM provided by the world-renowned dew point probe enterprise MICHELL from UK. We are engaged to provide the best service and enhance the core-competence by insisting on self-creating of technology and strong technical force. So we work with senior experts in electrical, energy and industrial machinery and 80% of our manpower at bachelor degree or above especially the executives have operation experience in multinationals of fortune 500 with MBA of UMT.
Since its establishment, the energy-saving renovation project of compressed-air system has been involved in steel, electronics, pharmaceutical, automotive, food and other industries with good reputation from customers. So by the Shanghai energy conservation center’s invitation, we became the member of Shanghai Energy Conservation Association, and instead of Shanghai energy conservation center to do energy-saving evaluation for customers of the compressed air system, provide professional technical advice and a number of our products are recommended by the Shanghai energy conservation center.
Our company provides products and services mainly for the following 6 aspects,
1. Electronic liquid drainage device, oil-water separator, production of zero gas loss absorption dryer and membrane drying tube produced by Germany BEKO.
2. Plate adsorption dryer and filter produced by British DH (Dominick hunter).
3. Thermal gas flow meter and residual oil content detector produced by Germany BEKO.
4. SF series of dew point alarm produced by British MICHELL.
5. Air compressor frequency control system and soft starting system.
6. Energy-saving evaluation and retrofit design for compressed air system.

The salary and welfare:
￥4000 for undergraduate during probation period (3 months to 3 year contract), after probation ￥4500 , 1 years later ￥ 5000-6000. ￥6000 for graduates at master degree during the probation period (3 months to 3 year contract), after probation ￥6800 , 1 years later ￥ 7600-8500.
Holiday fee: major holidays to give employees a certain standard holiday expenses to care for our staff, to celebrate the festival.
Year-end bonus at the end of each year: according to the annual business development to give employees a certain standard year-end bonus.
