Dalian Bingshan Metal Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Dalian Bingshan Group and Victaulic Company of America, USD18 million invested in the first phase.
Opened formally on May 18, 2005, DBMT is to be a large size of professional castings manufacturer in Northeast of China. The annual production capacity of the first phase is to be 22,000 Metric Tons. The main products include high technology metal hardware, joint fittings for water system, scroll compressor casting parts for Sanyo, high pressure valves, automobile engine parts and joint fittings for high railway, which have been exported to USA, UK, Japan, Australia, etc.
DBMT introduces the first class automatic molding line and advanced testing instruments from global market which will be set to meet the customer’s different requirement both on products quality and physical and chemical performance. DBMT has passed BSI ISO9001:2000 approval in June.
