公司于2002年成立了深圳分公司，主要处理产品协作，质量控制，产品测试评估等事宜。其成为了总公司与中国制造工厂之间的供应链管理重要环节，让我们可以为客户提供更好更快的服务。
公司于2005年在苏州工业园区国际科技园成立了苏州分公司(宇晶科技研发有限公司)，作为公司的重要的研发中心，其主要提供商业和工业上的多媒体，数码娱乐解决方案与相关技术支持，将着重于使用最新的技术及方案开发多媒体，数码应用的OEM项目。
深圳与苏州分公司均为2001科技股份有限公司的全资子公司。

Established in 1989, 2001 Technology Inc. is today engaged in the design,
manufacturing and marketing of a very diverse range of consumer electronic and
related products such as products and solutions for digital home entertainment,
portable multimedia player, Bluetooth products and peripherals and a very wide
selection of accessories for mobile phones, i-pod and PSP gaming and entertainment devices.
It is a verifiable fact that 2001 Technology started off in 1989 with businesses
surrounding mobile phones and its accessories and peripherals. But in 2003 we saw the need to diversify as demands of the consumer market have changed rapidly and there is a clear sign that technology in communication, computer and consumer electronics are quickly converging into single solutions.
Simultaneously as we diversify into other fields of consumer electronic products we re-modeled our business structure in the mobile phone accessories and peripherals.
Apart from maintaining a good and strong selection of the standard and conventional accessories we expanded our base to include the ever so popular Bluetooth products and peripherals for mobile phones and gaming and entertainment products. And soon other non-Bluetooth accessories for gaming and entertainment devices such as iPod and PSP were created under our list of products.
Between 2001 and 2005 2 branch offices were set up in Shenzhen and Suzhou
respectively to cater to the needs of our diversification and re-structuring program.
We are relentless in our pursuit to maintain our lead in the industry. Change is inevitable; diversification creates opportunities and flexibilities lead to marketability.
Suzhou R&D and Design Center
In October 2005, 2001 Technology established its second branch office in Suzhou’s Science and Industrial Park specifically for the research, development and design of multimedia products,digital home entertainment solutions and multimedia digital solutions for commercial and industrial applications.
The Suzhou Design Center with its pool of highly trained and experienced senior programmers and engineers will focus heavily on the latest technology and solutions for multimedia rendering.
Emphasis of the Design Center will be OEM projects.
