Azure Blu is a prestigious brand specialized in shirt & tie. All the collections are designed in Italy, and produced in Shanghai by our local well-trained tailors.
The fabrics are the best that we can find in the world, including Thomas Masion, Monti, Albini, etc. These top-level brands are also the favorite of Zegna, Dunbill, Armani, stefanno Ricci, etc. For the small details like sewing thread, lining, pearl-shell buttons, Azure Blu never take the send-level, always the best.
Our company set up the factory in Shanghai in 1998. All the tailors are strictly chosen from those who have at least 10 years working experience in shirt factory. But ever for them, the techniques of making Azure Blu shirts are far beyond their old skills. Single needle tailoring, French seams, twenty-two stitches per inch using durable spun thread. There is no other acceptable method of creating a shirt. But using this method, one skillful tailor can only makes 3 shirts one day (only for sewing, not including cutting & ironing ). Meanwhile, if for a normal shirt, the daily production of one tailor is 35 pieces.
Design, fabric, details of making, are what separate the perfect from the imperfect, the professional from the amateur, and make the Azure Blu shirt a possession worth owning.

而就制作工艺而言，公司考察了各国之制作工艺水平，决定在缝纫制衣人才云集的上海设厂，聘请名厂技师，按意大利最严格的衬衫工艺制作。厂内名师都有数十年之专业经验，其中不乏为国家领导人制作衬衫的特级专材，及在全国衬衫制作比赛中数次夺冠的缝纫技师，而即使对这些专业技师而言。“Azure Blu”的制作工艺也非常复杂和精致，其难度之大超过普通衬衫，举例来说，这些技术娴熟的技师每人在普通流水在线可每天制作35件衬衣，而制作“Azure Blu”衬衫，则每人每天至多3件，其制衣难度可见一斑。而公司由于在上海设厂，在保证制作高超水平的同时，又可大大降低制作之成本。所以“Azure Blu”衬衫能在具有世界一流水平的同时，销售价格却只有顶级大牌的三分之一甚至更少。而正由于其超凡的质量和极优的价格，吸引了众多品味人士及在华外国人的青睐，被誉为性价比最佳的顶级衬衫。
