深圳市国祯环保科技股份有限公司是安徽国祯环保的旗舰控股子公司，前身为深圳龙祯分公司，多年常驻深圳的水务运营管理中心，集污水处理设施运营、工程项目承包、环保产品销售于一体的大型环保股份制企业，是国内最大的专业从事污水处理设施运营的公司之一。

l全国首例城市污水处理厂市场化运营项目
—— 深圳龙田、沙田污水处理厂
两厂共投资3730万元，污水处理规模为3.5万吨／ 日，其中龙田厂一期投资2850万元，处理能力为3万吨/日，采用德国冯·诺顿西工程技术公司的“百乐克”(Biolak)工艺；沙田厂总投资880万元，处理规模为0.5万吨，占地2万平方米，
采用人工湿地工艺。
2全国首例城市污水处理厂BOT项目
——广东新会东郊污水处理厂
新会污水处理厂地处会城镇（市区）东甲村的“闪窑口”，紧靠江门水道，处理规模为16万吨/日，其中一期规模为4万吨，总投资4263万元。项目期限为20年，工程采用国内领先的水解酸化——上向流曝气生物滤池工艺（UBAF）专利技术。
3全国首例事业单位改制城市污水处理厂
——江苏徐州污水处理厂
徐州污水处理厂建成于1994年,厂区占地215.9
亩，是淮河流域建成的第一座城市污水处理厂。
处理规模16.5万吨/日，污水处理采用射流曝气
二级生化处理的活性污泥法，污泥处理工艺采用
机械脱水。
4l TOT项目——长沙第二污水处理厂
长沙市第二污水处理厂是国家环保示范工程，被国家建设部授予“全国城市环境治理优秀工程”称号。该厂于1994年6月建成投产，处理规模14万吨/日，采用改良型卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺，服务面积10.2平方公里，服务人口31.5万人。
5安徽省首例城市污水处理厂BOT项目
——合肥朱砖井污水处理厂
是安徽省第一例以BOT模式承建的污水处理厂项目，工程总建设规模为日处理污水11万吨，采用循环式活性污泥法(SBR)污水处理工艺。一期工程5.5万吨/日处理污水 ，占地面积4.84公顷，投资总额为1.2024亿元。

——深圳布吉草埔污水处理厂
位于草埔小关以北、德兴花园旁，采用混凝沉淀+快速渗滤工艺，设计处理水量15万m3/d，最大处理能力为20万m3/d，该厂对深圳布吉河水质治理起到了至关重要的作用。
