Products & Technologies
We develop, design and manufacturer proprietary dispensing systems that assure high standards of hygienic and safety measures for the food, beverage, personal care, home cleaning and chemical industries. We control the behavior of the liquids and fluids that run through our products with our two basic technology platforms. Both deploy cutting-edge material configurations and manufacturing techniques, focusing on consumer convenience and environment protection. Thus, we are able to dispense any liquid or fluid, even of the highest viscosity, predetermine its dispensing behavior and maintain its quality and integrity for an extended period of time.
Spray
Based on our OnePak platform which integrates the dispenser into the bottle and deploys a self-closing mechanism, our all-plastic sprayers offer anti-dripping, pre-compression system that makes spraying convenient and measured.
Flow
Our Flair platform incorporates advanced perform technology to create multilayer, “flexible container with a container” solution, that isolates the product from external contamination, extends its shelf life and dispenses it naturally, using low air pressure rather than pressurized gas.
Our Services
Product Development. The Group’s Technical Development center teams up with the world’s one of the largest food, beverage and consumer product companies in developing proprietary dispensing systems for their brands. Our team consists of highly skilled professionals who bring to bear their technical, industrial design and production expertise to every development project. Cost minded and production oriented, we design for manufacturability, deploying latest materials, production, filling and packaging technologies in order to meet our customers’ market and cost targets.
Our Production
We maintain manufacturing facilities in both Western Europe and China. Our production in the Netherlands focuses on high-speed, automated assembly of high volume dispensers, as well as the production of dispensing products that for variety of reasons need to be within close proximately to our customers’ filling lines. Our Chinese production, centered in two facilities in Shanghai and Ningbo, covers the entire manufacturing process relative to our high volume items. From the manufacturing of the tools, to the actual injection molding of the parts and their assembly into a product (done both manually and semi-automatically), and through actual filling of small packages, we offer our customers a complete solution.
All of our facilities follow strict quality, environmental and safety standards, which include for Western Europe ISO 9001:2000 and for China ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004. All of our plants are audited periodically by our multinational customers, and our products are tested both automatically on line, as well as manually after full assembly.
Extended Customer Service
Our customer service is comprised of two arms: product support and customer support. For us quality means permanent care. Therefore, our product support personnel follow the product from its infancy as a development project, all the way to its maturity as an everyday convenience item. As such, they maintain close contact with our customers to assure that the Group’s reputation for its rigorous quality standard is maintained at all times. Routine customer care is covered by the customer support team. From matching orders to production, to managing safety stock, and arranging a seamless supply from our various plants directly to the customers’ filling lines- our customer support team works closely with the customers on a daily basis.
