海普生（中国）有限公司成立于2006年11月，是一家年轻而充满朝气和创新活力的公司。公司主要从事国外船用产品的代理、空调通风工程设计及施工业务，客户为中国的造船厂和世界各地的船东。在过去两年里公司业务获得巨大的发展，并在行业内取得领先地位。目前已与中国船舶工业集团公司（CSSC）下属的江南船厂、沪东中华船厂、上海船厂、外高桥船厂、广船国际、文冲船厂、澄西船船厂，以及新世纪、新时代船厂、扬子江船厂、金陵船厂、明德船厂、江东船厂等大中型船厂建立了长期合作关系，并取得了大量定单。

2007年5月 上海办事处成立
2007年7月 广州办事处成立
2007年10月 大连办事处成立
2008年8月 英文名变更为HIPSON MARINE （CHINA）LIMITED
2008年12月 在上海成立子公司，海普生实业（上海）有限公司
2009年2月 和韩国海爱尔公司（HI AIR KOREA）在中国张家港合资组建船用空调冷藏及通风设备的生产工厂
HIPSON Marine (China) Limited was established in November 2006. It is a young and vibrant, dynamic and innovative company. The company is mainly engaged in marine and OFFSHORE products agency for manufacturers in the world, especially for air conditioning and ventilation engineering and installation business. Our customers are China\'s major shipyards and ship owners around the world. In the past two years the company\'s business has got enormous development in the industry and gained a leading position. Now we have established long-term cooperative relations with many shipyards which are under China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC) , including Jiangnan Shipyard, Hudong-Zhonghua Shipyard, Shanghai shipyards, Waigaoqiao Shipyard, Guangzhou International Shipyard(GSI), Wenchong Shipyard(GWS), Chengxi shipyards, as well as New Century shipyard(NCS), New Time shipyard(NTS), Yangzijiang shipyards, Jinling Shipyard, Mingde shipyards, as well as other large and medium-sized shipyards, etc. Our company continuously and stably provides the shipyard with technical support and relative products.
