Requirement：
-Degree holder in hospitality management or related disciplines
-Minimum 8 years relevant work experience with at least 5 years in managerial level. Hotel experience preferable.
-Solid ability in managing Food & Beverage restaurant pre-opening operations and administration.
-Mature, excellent presentation skills and possess upfront personality in presentation to internal and external customer.
-Pleasant, creative and outgoing personality. Enthusiasm, motivated, and being responsible is important.
-Strong leadership, organizational and problem solving skill.
-Willing to work under pressure and independently.
-Hands on PC knowledge.
-Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Job Duties：
-Assist the General Manager to oversee the daily sales and operations.
-Monitor the performance of frontline staff to achieve the company’s standard and complies with business mission.
-Responsible for managing the Profit & Loss, Manpower planning and customer services standard to maximize sales profit as well as to ensure the operations efficiency.
