帝通管理咨询（上海）有限公司（帝通上海）成立于2008年初，由香港上市公司Emcom International Limited（证券代码：08220）之子公司帝通国际投资（中国）有限公司直接投资成立。Emcom International Limited是由原帝通通讯经过改制，通过资本运作，成功实现上市的多元化公司。主要致力制造电子消费品及提供电讯服务，公司业务覆盖东南亚，台湾及香港等地区。
