中国和平国际旅游有限责任公司简介
中国和平国际旅游有限责任公司创立于1986年，是经国家旅游局批准可同时经营国际入境旅游、国内旅游和中国公民出国旅游业务的国际旅行社。中国旅行社协会的正式会员单位，全国国际旅行社百强社之一，北京地区国际旅行社十强之一。
为迎接入世挑战，北京外企服务集团有限公司、中国运空发展股份有限公司、北京工美集团有限公司、中信信托投资有限责任公司、北京市大成房地产开发总公司和中国科协新技术开发中心六家企事业单位共同出资进行了战略重组。
2000年5月，由我公司倡导并担任理事长单位的中国和平国际旅游联盟组建，现已有30余家国际、国内旅行社加盟，联盟企业统一品牌、统一服务质量、统一产品开发、统一市场销售。2003年初又控股收购了上海易达和平国际旅行社有限公司和广州和平国际旅行社有限公司，使和平国旅在北京、上海、广东这三个中国经济最为发达的地区都有了自己的战略平台，为公司下一步的网络化建设及可持续发展奠定了坚实的基础。
公司下设入境旅游中心、出境旅游中心、国内旅游中心、商务会奖中心、网络营运中心、交通票务中心等业务部门。在北京拥有门市部30余家。
Brief Introduction Of CPITC
Founded in 1986,CPITC (China peace Internationl Travel Co.Ltd) is an all round travel service granted permission by China National
Tourism Adminstration of operating international inbound tours,domestic tours and outbound tours for Chinese citizen.It is an offcial member of China Association of Travel Service,and listed in the top 100 international travel services in China,top 10 travel service in beijng.
To face the challenge occurred after entering WTO,Beijing foreign Enterprise Service Group Co.,Ltd,sinotrans Ltd,Dacheng Real Estate Development Group ,China Association For Science &Technology and CITIC invested together to have CPITC restructured.
In May 2000,as the chairman,CPITC initiated the nation wide Peace International Tourism Alliance,which is joined by over 30 travel services with unified branding, unified service standard,unified tour products and unified sales & marketing.
In 2003,CPITC succeeded in purchasing Shanghai Easy Tours International Travel Service and Guangzhou Peace International Travel Service Co.,Ltd,built up CPITC\'s strategic bases in Beijing,shanghai and Guangzhou,the most economically developed areas in china,laying down a sound foundation for the CPTIC’s further development.
The headquarters of CPITC consists the departments as inbound tour center,outboud tour center,domestidc tour center,MICE & business travel center,peace net & marketing center and transportation center as well as some 30 retail agencies in Beijing.
