● Hiring process
We are currently looking for a few key people to join our hard-working team. These positions are set for technical leaders in their divisions, each one of them will play an crucial role in our team, and have immediate impacts on our products and operation. Therefore we have very high standards of qualification requirements and specifically designed hiring process to ensure you are the ideal candidate that with required skills, knowledge and experience, have teamwork and entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work in a fast-paced, creative and uncertain environment and deliver results under pressure.
In-person interview
Once you apply for a job, your qualifications and experience will be reviewed directly by our executive to determine if you are a fit. If you are a possible match for the position, the executive will contact you to set up an interview meeting. In this meeting we wish to learn more about your background, technical skills and proficiency, career plan, industry and technical insights, to the level of determining whether you should be brought in for next round of selection process, and answer questions about our hiring process and what it\'s like to work at Xiyue. Typically this interview will last about 60-90 minutes.
Project test
Our project test process for these positions evaluates your core technical skills and proficiency; problem solving, teamwork and behavioral abilities. You will be assigned to a team with our candidates across different sections, and work closely to complete the test project within two weeks. Our executive will participate in the entire process with your team. We will assess each one of our candidate thoroughly based on their performance with our independent consults, ensuring our hiring process is fair while maintaining high standards. Admittedly it takes longer, but we believe it\'s worth it and will have a huge payoff in the future.
What happens next
Following your project test, we will decide if you are suitable for the job opening. We take hiring very seriously, it can take up to one week for us to make a definitive decision as to whether we\'d like to have you join the team.
