网达先进科技原为原美商艾利斯特(Anixter)亚太区网络整合事业部。全体资深经营团队于1999年与霸菱投资基金(BPEP)完成受让计划后，正式成立网达先进科技。
2006年于厦门成立网达先进(厦门)信息技术有限公司，并于上海、苏州、南京、福州设立办公据点，成为跨越两岸的思科金质系统整合伙伴。
