Launched in February 1998, PCCW Teleservices, wholly owned subsidiary of Pacific Century CyberWorks, provide fully managed integrated contact center solutions. The expertise, focus and quality assurance, coupled with advanced technology, aim at helping companies to improve the effectiveness of customer acquisition and retention programmers, raise the productivity and quality of service through implementing customized Customer Relationship Management solutions. PCCW Teleservices are building on the platform of success in Hong Kong market and will continue to explore the potential of call center outsourcing opportunities elsewhere in the Asia Pacific region. In March 2000, PCCW Teleservices has entered the outsourced call center market in Taiwan with the launch of sister company and is now managing 140 agent positions. In March 2001, PCCW Teleservices successfully entered the PRC market and is now managing 50 agent positions in Beijing.
