合资银行简介
总部位于上海的上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司 (“浦发银行”) 与总部位于美国的美国硅谷银行有限公司 (“硅谷银行”) 日前获得中国银行业监督管理委员会 (“银监会”) 批准设立一家合资银行。新设的合资银行拟命名为“浦发硅谷银行”，注册资本10亿元人民币。浦发银行与硅谷银行各持有合资银行50%的股权。“浦发硅谷银行”是中国首家拥有独立法人地位的致力于科技创新服务的银行。这一期待已久的监管批准使“浦发硅谷银行”成为自1997年以来第一家获得中国当局此类批准的外资银行。
