公司的主要业务是针对汽车后市场，为汽车主机厂的分销商，特约维修点（包括3 位1体，4位1体）和汽车维修行业的企业团体及个人提供技术和非技术培训。
我们的技术培训是侧重汽车各主要系统（不针对具体车型）的高新技术。对学员进行系统诊断方法和程序的培训。课程包括自动变速器的工作原理及维修，发动机管理系统，电气&电子系统，故障诊断设备及工具，等。
我们的非技术培训是对汽车服务业的管理者和业务人员（包括维修接待，备件人员，销售人员和索赔员）进行专业培训。课程包括专业客户管理，优质服务，业务接待，车间工作程序，对培训讲师的培训，等。
我们的培训方式为互动式培训。在技术培训中，我们采用理论与大量的实操相结合；在非技术培训中，我们采用理论与角色扮演和案例分析相结合。我们认为，学员的参与在学习的过程中是至关重要的。

CATTC is a JV between U.S. Company-JSI Training & Consulting Inc. (JSI) and Beijing H.P. Meitong Automobile Sales Co., Ltd.
The company\'s core business is providing technical and non-technical training to distributors and ASCs (include 3 in 1, 4 in 1 facilities) for major vehicle OEMs and the independent companies and individuals in automotive service industry.
Our technical training focuses on advanced technology for all vehicle systems, training individuals in systematic diagnostic method and process. Courses including: Automatic Transmission, EMS, Electrical & Electronics, Diagnosis Equipment and Tools, etc.
Our non-technical training provides professional training for management and staff (include Service Advisors, Parts Staff, Sales Representatives, and Warranty Receptionists) in the automotive service industry. Courses including Professional Customer Handling, High Quality Customer Service, Service Advisor, Workshop Process, Train the Trainer, etc.
Our methodology is interactive training. In technical sessions, we provide lecture along with an abundant of hands on practice. In non-technical sessions, we not only teach the concepts, but also provide the participants opportunities for role-playing and case studies. Student participation and involvement are considered extremely important and vital in the learning process.
