The Institute is primarily dedicated to the education and training of teachers in Hong Kong. It is funded by the University Grants Committee and provides degree, post-graduate diploma, certificate and a range of in-service courses to around 7,000 students. Monthly Salary and Conditions of Service
The monthly basic salary will not be less than $98,595 per month. The term of office will initially be for two or three years, commencing as soon as possible and is renewable. A gratuity (calculated at 15% of the total basic salary earned during the entire contract period, less the contribution made by the Institute to the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Scheme as required by the MPF Scheme Ordinance) will be payable upon the satisfactory completion of the employment contract. Housing, leave and medical/dental benefits and leave passages will be provided as appropriate.
The Institute reserves the right to offer appointment on different terms or not to make an appointment.
