Sunny World (Shaoxing) Green Lighting Co.,Ltd (\"SWSX\") is a new company of OSRAM GmbH, it was established in 2007 with total capital of USD 43.8 million. SWSX locates in Pao Jiang Industrial Zone of Shaoxing City (10km to city area, 30km to Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport,40 minutes by car, 120km to Ningbo Sea port 80 minutes by car,and 250km to Shanghai,150 minutes by car.) SWSX has a total factory area of 170k sqm, so far, Phase 1 construction of the factory was finished (whole construction project will be implemented into 4 phases), which provide a total production and living area of 100k sqm, including facilities of administration building, production buildings, dormitories and canteens. SWSX will be built to the main base plant of Energy Saving Lighting manufacturing of OSRAM, e.g. CFLi and LED and will have an annual production capacity of 240million CFLi products.
新和（绍兴）绿色照明有限公司（以下简称“新和绍兴”）成立于2007年，注册资本4380万美元，是德国欧司朗公司在中国建立的独资公司，选址于浙江省绍兴市袍江工业区（距绍兴市中心10km，距杭州萧山机场30km,车程为40分钟，距宁波港120km，车程为80分钟，距上海250km，车程为150分钟）。新和绍兴厂区占地面积17万平方米，目前一期工程已经完成（整个工程项目预计分四期完成），已有近10万平方米的办公、生产和生活（食堂及宿舍）设施投入使用。全部项目建成后，新和绍兴将成为欧司朗公司主要的节能照明产品制造基地，产品包括电子节能灯、LED等，将形成年产2.4亿只电子节能灯的生产规模。公司地址： 浙江绍兴市袍江工业区袍中北路308号
