CEL International Ltd (formerly Courtaulds Engineering, a British company) is a multi discipline Process Engineering Contractor providing a comprehensive service such as feasibility study, survey, design and project management etc to customers in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. CEL established his China Office in Shanghai in 1993.
With great achievement in the past 35 years, CEL International now is preparing to recruit qualified staff for a specific chemical project as well as for the Shanghai Office.
