Organization Introduction
The Study Abroad Foundation (SAF) is an international university network committed to the promotion of student mobility on a global basis. SAF works with universities worldwide to provide high-quality integrated semester and academic year study opportunities for undergraduate students. SAF believes that giving students the opportunity to study abroad increases international understanding and provides students with the intercultural skills necessary to succeed in and contribute to their own societies and the world community. SAF program are designed to provide a high-level of flexibility and variety in order to meet the study abroad interests and needs of member universities and their students, including intensive English language programs to accommodate intermediate language learners. Academic credit transfer between universities is encouraged and facilitated by SAF. SAF is a non-profit organization headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana (USA) with offices in Japan, Korea and Taiwan.
