The new JV will focus his market strategy on improving the existing SH brand and promoting the Deutz-Fahr brand that will be the premium product to be offered on the Chinese market.

THE SAME DEUTZ-FAHR GROUP
SAME DEUTZ-FAHR (SDF), founded in Treviglio, Italy, in 1927 by Francesco and Eugenio Cassani, is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of tractors, combine harvesters, specialistic harvesters, diesel engines and farm machinery. The company’s products are marketed under the brands SAME, DEUTZ-FAHR, LAMBORGHINI and Grégoire. In 2003 the Company became a key shareholder of DEUTZ AG, a German stock-exchange listed company and one of the world\'s leading independent manufacturers of industrial diesel engines. SDF holds 25.1% of the German engine specialist\'s capital stock. The Company strategy, which has long been oriented towards internationalization, combines decentralized production activities with a sales and service network providing extensive coverage of all key markets. Sales, after-sales service and parts distribution are handled by 14 subsidiaries, 120 importers, and 3,000 dealers located in all parts of the world. Following the dynamics of the global economy and the importance that new markets and emerging economies are assuming, SDF is currently investing heavily in Russia, India and with the today just born JV, in China. Actually the Company\'s production is based on four plants in Europe (Italy, Germany, France and Croatia), one in India and one in Russia. Furthermore, in Bandirma, Turkey, the production of tractors from 50 to 70 HP has started in co-operation with a local partner. SDF offers a vast range of tractors with models from 30 to 300 HP to meet all types of application requirements. Important investments in R&D brought the development of our own CVT transmission for our midrange tractors. The actual tractor range with CVT transmissions goes from 100 to 260 HP and will be extended up to 440 HP in the next 2 years. The range of combine harvesters covers the market\'s core segments, with models from 130 to 400 HP. Thanks to the investment in DEUTZ AG and to the localization of SAME engines in India, SDF is now a world-class player in the industrial diesel engine sector.
The recent acquisition (September 2011) of the French Grégoire SAS, the world leader in production and distribution of specialistic harvesting machines, completes an outstanding offering for the specialist range of harvesting machinery, providing unique solutions for the most demanding wine and olive producers.
In 2010, SDF, which employees 2,303 people worldwide, recorded net sales of 855 million Euros and an EBIT of 20 million Euro.

新的合资公司除了将改进并继续推广“沭河”品牌拖拉机外，还会将“道依茨-法尔”品牌拖拉机引入中国市场。创新、质量及高标准的客户服务是集团的战略重点。在2006年，SDF集团在其特莱维奥总部成立了一个新的研发中心，专注于变速箱、电子系统、人体工程学以及排放系统等核心技术的研发。研发中心与来自于各个国家的零部件供应商开展联合设计，以确保所有最终产品的优异品质。新建的研发中心还与欧洲的一些顶级大学建立了合作关系。

SDF 集团于2011年9月新近收购法国格雷古瓦有限公司。该公司是全球领先的收获机械制造商。此项收购完善了集团收获机械系列产品，特别是能为葡萄和橄榄的采摘提供专业的设备。
