Pfeiffer JidongLiezen Machinery (Beijing) Co Ltd is a joint venture company founded byChristian Pfeifferfrom Germany (CPB), Tangshan Jidong Equipment & Engineering from Hebai (JDEE), and MaschinenfabrikLiezenfrom Austria (MFL) to market advanced plant and equipment to be manufactured by JDEE under license from CPB and MFL for the cement, aggregates &allied industries.The company is looking forsuitably qualified, dynamic, and English-speaking candidates with relevant work experienceto fill the following vacancies:

For the GM position, applicants must have at least 10 years relevant work experience -5 of which in sales management- with proven track record and established network of customer in the stated industries. For the Marketing and Technical Managers, minimum work experience is 8 years, and for the engineers and specialists, 5 years in the stated industries. Except for the coordinator, who is essentially office-based, all other positions are required to travel regularly to visit customers to present the Company products, collect market / technical info, and develop the PJL brand. Every team member is expected to be self-motivated, results driven and fully accountable for the duties and responsibilities of the appointed role.
The team shall beledby the GM, who reports to the Board and is directly responsible for the profitability and sustainable growth of the Company. The immediate tasks of the management are to designa sound business plan andsales strategy to be approved by the Board, implement the plan and strategy, train the supporting staff, and builda performance culture.Initial products training will be provided by specialists from CPB for the cement grinding equipment and MFL for the crushers and quarry plant.
