产品介绍
相对于酒瓶的形状及酒标设计，我们更注重酒瓶内的液体--葡萄酒的品质和特色。除了众所周知的法国列级名庄酒（Grand Cru Classes）外，酩法酒业的产品涵盖了法国各大、小产区的精品葡萄酒。
在波尔多产区（Bordeaux）我们拥有来自波尔多左岸梅多克地区（Medoc）四大著名村庄（Saint-Estephe, Pauillac, Saint-Julien, Margaux）的红酒、格拉芙地区（Graves）的红酒、苏特恩地区（Sauternes）独具特色的贵腐甜白酒；波尔多右岸最具国际知名度的圣艾美隆（Saint-Emilion）及波美侯（Pomerol）产区的红酒。当然，我们还精心挑选了一款高性价比的波尔多中级庄佳酿。
在勃艮第产区（Burgundy）从北往南，我们精选了3款来自被Jancis Robinson誉为葡萄酒世界中最被低估的珍宝的夏布利产区（Chablis）的夏布利(Chablis)、夏布利一级干白（Chablis Premier Cru）、夏布利特级干白（Chablis Grand Cru）。除入门级夜丘（Cote de Nuits）、波恩（Beaune）红酒外，我们还拥有一款来自金丘（The Cote D’or）伏旧村（Vougeot）唯一的特级园--克罗斯伏旧特级园干红（Clos Vougeot Grand
Cru）、与罗曼尼·康帝（Romanée-Conti）一线之隔的超高性价比尼伊圣乔治红酒（Nuits-Saint-Georges）、波恩丘（Cote de Beaune）最著名红酒之一的哥尔特特级园干红（Corton Renarde Grand Cru）、一款超值优质的梅尔居雷一级园干红葡萄酒（Mercurey Premier Cru）。我们当然不会错过马贡村的村庄级干白（Macon Village）及普衣-富赛（Pouilly-Fuisse）干白。
在博若莱产区（Beaujolais）除博若莱及其村庄级酒外，还有来自博若莱10个特级产区中酒体最厚重、最强劲有力的摩根（Morgon）特级村庄级干红（Morgon Cru Village）。
在西南产区（South-West）我们的瓦因慕林城堡马第宏干红（Domaine la vigne
du moulin, Madiran）需要7-8年陈酿，香味十足，可和众多波尔多列级酒庄媲美，与该地区的“油封鸭腿”（Confit de canard）形成绝美得搭配。拉菲特城堡朱朗松（Château Lafitte Jurancon）则来自14世纪就被授予村庄级产区的法国最精彩的白酒产区之一--朱朗松（Jurancon），也是法国最早的村庄级产区。法国著名女诗人Colette曾经这样形容此酒：当我遇见这位充满高傲、变幻莫测、唤醒我体内沉睡激情的王子时，我还是一个情窦未开的小女孩，正如所有美妙的诱因一般将我蛊惑。（I was a girl when
I met this prince; aroused, imperious, treacherous, as all great seducers are.）当然还有由法国最好的马尔贝克（Malbec）酿造的口感细腻、单宁柔和、香味丰富的卡奥尔（Cahors）干红。
在罗纳河谷产区（The Rhone Valley）我们拥有全法国唯一在西拉（Syrah）红葡萄中混合少量维欧尼（Viognier）白葡萄混合调配而成的有着神奇的果香和勃艮第红酒才有的细密单宁的罗第丘干红（Côte Rôtie）、仅在世界最好的高档西餐厅有售的梅林酒庄孔德里约干白（Domaine
F.MERLIN,Condrieu）、Andre Jullien在1866年的“葡萄园地形学”中就指出与lafite,Romanee-conti并列为世界最杰出并号称是全法国酒体最厚重的酒--埃米塔日干红（Hermitage）、罗讷河谷超高性价比的吉恭达斯（Gigondas）及旺度（Ventoux）干红、法国国王Philippe de Bel和之后的历代Avignon的教皇都酒情有独钟的一直被人们称为“桃红酒之王”的里哈克粉红酒（Lirac Rose）。当然，我们还有两款独具特色的教皇古堡（Chateauneuf-du-Pape）供挑剔的鉴赏家品评。
在卢瓦河谷产区（The Loire Valley）拥有浓郁花香、并号称为全法国辨识度最高的干白姊妹酒桑塞尔（Sancerre）及布衣-富美（Pouilly fume），在100年前其等级和质量就与波尔多Margaux地区红酒相当的希农干红（Chinon）。 当然，也少不了粉红安茹（Anjou Rose）。同样由贵腐菌感染但由白诗南（Chenin Blanc）白葡萄制成的世界级甜白酒--克荣宁甜白（Coteaux du Layon），此酒有着惊人的成熟、酸度及甜度完美的结合。我们的酒单中绝对少不了卢瓦河谷地区（The Loire Valley）的特色酒慕斯卡德苏尔美苏雷（Muscadet-Sevre et Maine sur Lie）-- 看看您是否能尝出酵母味？
在普罗旺斯产区（Provence）只有一款酒进入了我们的视线：雷泽尔迪艾尔酒庄邦多尔干红（La Lezardiere, Bandol），这是一款100%由慕合怀特（Mourvedre）红葡萄酿造的既强劲有力又细腻丰富的红酒。
在朗格多克及鲁西荣产区（Lauguedoc-Roussillon）我们挑选了一款来自此地区第一个法定产区飞图干红（Fitou）及最有代表性的米内瓦干红（Minervois）；此地最值得我们炫耀的当然是号称全法国最细致的、并只在好年份酿造且需再橡木桶培育30个月的班努斯加强型甜酒（Banyuls VDN）。
在阿尔萨斯产区（Alsace）我们从51个Alsace 特级园（Grand Cru Alsace）中挑选出最具代表的弗兰肯斯坦琼瑶浆特级园干白（Grand Cru Frankstein, Alsace），在中国很少见到的阿尔萨斯晚收甜白（Vendange Tardive）及同样由贵腐菌（Nobly Rotten）感染而酿成的琼瑶浆贵腐甜白酒（Selection de Grains Nobles (SGN)）。
在汝拉及萨瓦产区（Jura & Savoie）来自汝拉及萨瓦产区（Jura & Savoie）的黄葡萄酒（Vin Jaune）及麦秆酒（Vin de Paille）可谓是法国最稀有且最特别的两款佳酿了。
在香槟产区（Champagne） Laforge Champagne 家族的特级园家族特酿（Prestige cuvée）（Laforge Grand Cru
Prestige cuvée），及100%由霞多丽（Chardonnay）白葡萄酿出的白之白香槟酒（Laforge Champagne Blanc de Blanc），一定会惊艳您的每一次欢聚。

Production Information
Compared to the shape of bottles and the
design of wine labels, we pay much more attention to the liquid in the
bottle-The quality and characteristic of wines.Apart from well-known French Grand Cru
Classes (GCC), our products cover French boutique wines completely from every major
and small area.
Bordeaux Region: We possess wines come from four famous
villages in Medoc region of the left bank of Bordeaux ( Saint-Estephe,
Pauillac, Saint-Julien, Margaux) 、Graves area、Unique Botrytis sweet white wines of
Sauternes Area; Saint-Emilion and Pomerol from the right bank of Bordeaux.
which has the most international popularity. Of course, we still carefully
selected a cost-effective Bordeaux Bourgeois wine.
South-West Region: The Domaine la vigne du Moulin Madiran
needs 7~8 year for aging, full fragrance, it can equal the Bordeaux GCC in repute,
matching perfectly well with “the Confit de canard”. Château Lafitte Jurancon
came from one of the most exciting wine producing area-Jurancon which was
awarded AOC Village in 14th century, also was the earliest AOC area in France.
The famous French poetess Colette once described this wine: “I was a girl when
I met this prince; aroused, imperious, treacherous, as all great seducers are.”Of course, we have Cahors dry red wine
brewed by Malbec which has delicate taste, soft tannins and rich flavor.
Burgundy Region: From North to South, we carefully choose
three white wines (Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, Chablis Grand Cru) from
Chablis Area, which was praised to be the most underestimated treasures by
Jancis Robinson.Besides Cote de Nuits、Beaune, we also have the only Clos Vougeot
Grand Cru from Vougeot, The Cote D’or、Nuits-Saint-Georges、Corton Renarde Grand Cru (One of the most
famous red wines of Cote de Beaune) and Mercurey Premier Cru.We definitely will not miss the Macon
Village and Pouily-Fuisse!
Beaujolais Region: Except Beaujolais and AOC village, we also
have Morgon (which has the brawniest body of Beaujolais ten grand areas) and
Morgon Cru Village.
Alsace Region: We chose the most representative Grand Cru
Frankstein, Alsace from fifty-one Grand Cru Alsace. Vendange Tardive (Rare in
China) and Selection de Grains Nobles (SGN).
The Loire Valley Region: Sancerre and Pouilly fume (Got the rich
fragrance and known as the most recognizable white wines around all France). Chinon
(The same class and quality with Margaux area in 100 years ago).Of course, we
will not miss Anjou Rose and Coteaux du Layon (World-class sweet white wine
made by Chenin Blanc. It has perfect balance between acidity and sweetness).
The Muscadet-Sevre et Maine sur Lie from Loire Valley is definitely in our wine
list!- Let us know if you can taste the yeast?
The Rhone Valley Region: We possess the Cote Rotie which was mixed
blend of Syrah and Viognier (unique in France, Amazing fruity flavor ) 、Domaine F.MERLIN Condrieu (Only sold in
the best upscale western restaurant) 、Hermitage (The best and most full body
wine in France equal with lafite and Romanee-conti pointed by Andre Jullien in
1886 ”Vineyard Geomorphology” ) 、High cost-effective Gigondas and Ventoux、Lirac Rose(Favored by French King-Philippe
de Bel and Avignon pope. Be known as ”The king of Rose Wine”).Of Course, we
even have unique Chateauneuf-du-Pape for discerning connoisseur to taste and
judge.
Provence Region: Only the La Lezardiere Bandol attracted
ur attention. It’s 100% brewed by Mourvedre, both powerful, rich and delicate.
Lauguedoc-Roussillon Region: We choose the first AOC wines of this
region -- Fitou and the most representative wine -- Minervois; The most worthy
f our boast is definitely Banyuls VDN (The most delicate VDN in France). It
nly brewed in good vintage and needs to be cultivated 30 months in oak barrel.
Jura & Savoie Region: The Vin Jaune and Vin de Paille from Jura
& Savoie can be described as the rarest and most particular wines in
France.
Champagne Region: The Prestige cuvee from Laforge Champagne
family- Laforge Grand Cru Prestige cuvee and Laforge Champagne Blanc de Blanc
