TDIA背景介绍：
为了更快地推进TD-SCDMA的产业化进程，促进TD－LTE开发，早日形成完整的产业链和多厂家供货环境, 并推进企业平稳顺利进入第三代移动通信市场，2002年10月30日，电信科学技术研究院（大唐电信科技产业集团）、华立集团有限公司、华为技术有限公司、联想（北京）有限公司、中兴通讯股份有限公司、中国电子信息产业集团公司、中国普天信息产业集团公司（按公司全称首字拼音顺序）自愿联合发起成立TD产业联盟（简称TDIA）。

The Brief Introduction
Introduction
On October 30th 2002, China Academy of Telecommunications Technology (Datang Telecom Technology and Industry Group), Holley Group Co., Ltd., Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., Legend (Beijing) Ltd., ZTE Corporation, China Electronics Corporation, and POTEVIO Co., Ltd. (POTEVIO) (the above corporations are sequenced by the Chinese phonetic alphabet of the first character of their names), these enterprises founded the TD-SCDMA Industry Alliance (TDIA of short) voluntarily. With the purpose of speedup the industrialization of TD-SCDMA,promote the development of TD-LTE,integrating industry resources and pushing the enterprises to enter the third generation mobile market smoothly.
China Mobile Communications Cooperation joined TDIA as executive member in June 2008 and TDIA has approved 76 companies application for non-executive membership up till now. Business Scope
TDIA is dedicating to push the advancement and completion of TD-SCDMA ,TD-LTE technology and its long term evolution , and the management and coordination of TD-SCDMA industry, as well as enhance the recourses sharing and mutual benefit between each member; mean while, it will persuade the government to establish industry policies which will be in favor of the development of TDD mobile communications technology and improve the competitiveness of all the members.
TDIA members enjoy unified intellectual property rights policies. Technical and market information are widely shared by all the members.
