The shareholders of JCM are Johnson Controls (201st of U.S. Fortune 500), Shanghai Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Co., Ltd. JCM headquarter is located in Anting International Automobile City, Jiading District, Shanghai. The four production bases are located in Shanghai, Wuhan and Wuhu.
