荷兰VMI集团 (www.vmi-group.com) 总部位于荷兰伊帕，隶属于荷兰TKH集团(www.tkhgorup.com)。VMI公司始建于一九四四年，迄今已有六十余年的历史，集产品研发、设计、生产、服务为一体，是世界领先的橡胶轮胎设备供应商，客户遍布全球，世界主要的轮胎厂商如固特异、米其林等均为VMI的客户。VMI集团在荷兰、德国、美国及中国设有生产基地。
VMI集团的在华业务始于九十年代初，随着亚洲地区的业务增长，于一九九六年在烟台设立飞迈（烟台）机械有限公司，为中国及亚洲市场提供设备及售后服务。公司位于烟台福山高新技术产业区。随着集团全球业务的增长，VMI集团于2006年在烟台出口加工B区成立威埃迈（烟台）机械有限公司。
VMI集团在烟台下属的两个公司（飞迈及威埃迈）现有厂房20000平方米，在建厂房12000平方米，员工近300名。公司在华业务发展良好，公司规模不断快速增长。

VMI Yantai Ltd. is the Chinese subsidiary of VMI Epe Holland BV., which set up in 1996, and supplies a comprehensive range of machinery for rubber compound handling, manufacturing of tire components, tire assembly, tire curing and tire testing. This equipment is used for the production of radial passenger car, light truck, all steel radial truck, bus and off-the-road tires. Besides its main products for the tire and technical rubber industry, the company also supplies can washers for beverage industry. In year 2006 another VMI factory – VMI LTD. is set up in Yantai Development Zone. Now the total number of employees in Yantai is nearly 300.
