    苏州美名软件有限公司坐落在中国和新加坡合作苏州市工业园区，美丽的金鸡湖大道，国际科技园二期。美名软件为德国M&M Software GmbH 在中国的全资子公司，成立于2005年7月，主要从事工业自动化软件的项目开发，研发自主产品，并提供相关的技术售后服务。
    从2011年开始，美名软件将于德国Softing公司强强合作，为国内工业自动化行业的用户带来业界领先的现场总线和实时以太网集成解决方案。
