泰乐通讯技术（上海）有限公司Tellabs, with its headquarters in the west suburban Chicago in USA, was first established in 1975. Tellabs(TLAB) was listed and traded on Nasdaq in 1980. Tellabs mainly research & develop and sell DWDM optical and digital cross-connected network equipment, DDN/DCN connected with and based on HFC data, voice integrated systems and echo elimination and voice-quality enhancement equipment, in the fields of which Tellabs keeps the leading role.
In the past 26 years, Tellabs’ business extended over more than 100 countries and regions and provided all-round services in the range of the whole globe. Tellabs is the market leader in the U.S. bandwidth management and fiber access markets, according to industry analyst data. More than one-third of the world’s wireless calls are made on networks owned by Tellabs’ customers.
Tellabs was listed on Fortune 500 Magazine in as early as 2001 and ranked among the BusinessWeek Magazine InfoTech 100, the 50 best companies of S&P 500, Industry Week Magazine Global Management 100 and Fortune America’s Best Employers in 2000, 2001 and 2007.
