Shanghai MACH Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd(\"the Company\"),established in year 2006, is the joint china& Hong Kong enterprise. The company\'s shareholder named Shanghai Qicheng Mechanical Co., Ltd and Hon Kong Goldlanden lnvestment Co., Ltd., Employed 60 people and occupied about 3,200 square meters, the Company now focused on precision machinery machining. The turnover of 2007 is CNY10 Million, The predicted turnover of 2008 is CNY30 Million.
服务企业
2006年与上海汽车齿轮总厂合作“美国通用X22变速器齿轮项目”，为美国通用汽车墨西哥分厂生产汽车变速器齿轮部件，年生产能力达到30万套。
2008年与SVW（上海大众）、FVW（一汽大众）配套，生产中、高级车型发动机前油封盖，主要用于上海大众帕萨特B5及一汽大众奥迪A6车型。
In 2006, cooperated with Shanghai automobile gear CO., Ltd, the Company successfully handled item named \"the U.S.A general X22 derailleur gear\" and produced automobile derailleur gear for General Motors Mexico branch. The annual output capability reaches to 300,000 units.
In 2008, the Company produced front oil seal cover of engine for SVW and FVW. These products mainly used in PASSAT B5 and Audi A6.

公司现有专用设备；日本NACHI搓齿机一台、十六孔专机二台、深孔专机专机二台、激光打标机二台、470B发动机排气孔专线一条。
现有通用加工设备：小巨人加工中心三台、CK3210数控车床十台、CK3220数控车床十台、CK3250数控车床8台、CK7815D数控车床1台。
Special Equipment:1 Unit of Twist machine,1 Unit of 16 holes Sepcial Equipment,1 Unit of deep-hole Sepcial Equipment,2 Units of Laser marking machine,470B engine exhaust pipe of a dedicated pipeline.
General Equipment:3 Units of Little Giant Machining centers,10 units of CK3210 CNC lathes,10 units of CK3220 CNC lathes,8 units of CK3250 CNC lathes and 1 unit of CK7815D CNC lathes.

公司配有三座标2台、粗糙度仪、轮廓仪等先进检测设备进行测量、分析，严格把关，保证每个工序的产品质量。
Measuring Equipment:2 unit of Three Coordinate Measuring Instrument,1 unit of Roughness measuring instrument,1 unit of Profile meter.
The Company monitors the whole producing process strictly and makes sure the high quality of each products by using advanced examining equipment such as three-coordinate measure instrument, Roughness measuring instrument, Profile meter.

我们对于生产过程中的零件，使用《SPC控制图》、《首件记录》、《标准化操作手册》、《控制计划》、《专用检具操作手册》等进行“过程控制”。
In order to controlling the whole process for every part of production, the Company use \"SPC control chart\". \"first units record\". \"standard handling manual\". \"control plan\" and \"using guide of examining equipment\".

Training
公司注重对于人员的培训和人才的培养，我们会为每一位新进员工制定《培训计划》、《岗位操作技能技术表》、《受训员工跟踪表》等，对员工进行安全、制度、技术、操作等培训，并严格按照“准备、演示、试操作、跟踪”的步骤，循序渐进、由浅入深的进行培训。
The Company pays more attention on employee\'s training. Every fresh employee has their own \"training plan\", \"operating capability list\" and \"training employee following up list\". The Company will follow the steps like \"preparation, demonstration, test operating and tracking\" strictly to train the entire employees.

公司现有员工60名，大、中专毕业生45人，占公司人数的75%，其中高级工程师1人、工程师2人、技师1人、会计师1人、中级以上数控操作人员17人。
公司下设质量保证部、工程技术部、生产制造部、总经办、财务部。各部门职责分工明确，不仅有直线型上下级沟通，而且有纵向型、矩型管理，相互沟通、相互合作。
There are 45 persons who hold bachelor or college degree in the Company. It takes 75% against the total 60 employees. In which, the Company has one Senior Engineer. two Engineers, one accountant and seventeen intermediate worker of Numerically-controlled machine.
The Company set up Quality Control Department, Technology Department, Produce and Manufacture Department, General Manager Office and Financial Department. Every department takes clear responsibility. An effective communication system has been established between superior and subordinate. Cooperation and competition are existed in every department.
