Riber is a French company (founded in 1964) that has started by supplying the Research Laboratories and Universities with ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) pumps and components. Today Riber designs, develops, manufactures, and markets a wide range of MBE systems and related products for use in both research laboratories on compound semiconductor materials and in compound semiconductor plants for volume production of epiwafers.
