上海严实金属结构系统有限公司成立于2000年6月，由拥有丰富中国建筑产品市场拓展经验及技术经验的专业人士共同投资组建，同年8月在北京建立北京严实华瑞金属框架有限公司。严实公司组建的目标就是搭设高品质建筑产品在中国市场拓展的平台，成为国际公司在中国市场的长久互信的合作伙伴，并充分发挥严实公司对中国市场的充分了解与丰富的当地经验，推动合作伙伴产品在中国市场的成功拓展。
2001年8月严实公司加入MetalArchi企业集团， 成为集团内从事国际建筑产品在华业务的专业公司；目前公司主要从事瑞士JANSEN公司产品在上海与北京等地市场的拓展工作，瑞士JANSEN公司成立于己于1923年,其精细钢框架幕墙、门窗、隔断以及精密车用钢管在欧洲处于领导地位。几年来我们已推动JANSEN产品在上海通用汽车商务楼，大众汽车办公楼及生产车间，美国协和国际学校及德国小学等几十个项目在中国市场的应用，并正与JANSEN公司共同努力将市场拓展推向更高的目标。
