Purpose
The purpose of this Code of Business Ethics is to promote honest and ethical conduct, provide guidance to all directors, consultants and employees to help them recognize and deal with ethical issues, build up mechanisms to report unethical conduct and help to preserve the culture of honesty and accountability at the Calson Consulting.
The ethics for Calson covers those ethical issues arising around the executive search, such as keeping clients’ information confidential, retaining professional integrity, and preventing discrimination of individuals.
1.Prevent discrimination on the bases of age, gender, race, religion, disabilities, weight and attractiveness.
2.Retain business integrity during headhunting procedure.
3.Protect the privacy of the candidates.
4.Protect affecting the privacy of our clients\' key information.
