with experience in some of the following areas:
Professional experience:
- Successful track record in guiding and implementing transformation processes in MFIs and/or downscaling processes in banks
- Knowledge of establishing business and strategic plans
- Strong experience in providing consultancy in product development (incl. deposit products), treasury and financial management, institutional development, internal audit and legal structure
- Experience in conducting due diligences for MFI′s and banks
- Knowledge of developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Proven track record in credit risk management, such as (bad) loan portfolio and delinquency management, development of mitigation strategies etc.
- Experience in training, advising and coaching of staff of all levels
Personal profile:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a large and successful regulated microfinance institution or commercial bank in Asia
- University degree in finance, banking or economics
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Strong intercultural, communication, analytical and writing skills
- Flexibility with regards to other short-term assignments
