西安西罗航空部件有限公司(西罗公司)是由中航工业西安航空发动机集团（西航集团）西安航空动力股份有限公司（航空动力600893）和罗尔斯 .罗伊斯公司于1996年组建的合资公司。 总投资＄3000 多万美元，注册资本＄1,827万美元。航空动力占股份51%, 罗罗公司 占股份49％。 Xi\'an XR Aero Components Co., Ltd is a joint venture between Xi\'an Aero-engine plc (XAE) and Rolls-Royce plc. It was established in 1996. The split in shareholding is XAE 51%, Rolls-Royce 49%. The combined total investment exceeds $30M and the registered capital is $18.27M. 西罗公司厂房建于1997年。厂址在西航集团厂内。厂房占地面积 13,000平方 米, 其中包括铸造区和机加区。 The XRA factory was built in 1997 on a new site within the grounds of XAE. The facility covers 13,000 square meters and consists of a foundry and a machining area. 西罗公司为罗罗公司的Tay,BR710和BR715发动机铸造并机加涡轮导 向叶片BR211,Spey 及Avon涡轮转子 铸件和成品件。Tay发动机用于装备湾流 GⅣ 和福克100。 BR710用于湾流GⅤ和庞巴迪尔全球快车;BR715用于100－200座的波音717。RB211用于波音757。 XRA casts and machines turbine nozzle guide vanes and turbine blades which are used in Rolls-Royce engines including the Tay, BR 710 , BR 715 RB2 11, Spey and Avon turbine blade castings and finished parts. The Tay engine powers the Gulfstream GⅣ and the Fokker 100. The BR 710 is used on the Gulfstream GⅤand Bombardier Global Express. The BR 715 is fitted to the Boeing 717, a 100-200 seater aircraft. RB211 is fitted to the Being 757. 公司最近在西安市出口加工区新建成一家100％全资子公司西安西罗涡轮制造有限公司，生产高精涡轮转子叶片。同时也向西航供应涡轮转子叶片。 XRA has recently established a new 100% owned subsidiary Xi’an XR Turbine Machining Company., Ltd (XRT) in the Xi’an Export Processing Zone for the manufacture of high precision turbine blades. It also supplies turbine blades to XAE. 西罗公司现有客户为：罗罗公司德国, 罗罗公司英国, Centrax , 西安航空发动机集团。 XRA’s current customers base is: RRD, RR UK, Centrax and XAE. 西罗公司在2003年初获得了IS09001/2000和 AS9100认证，2004年底获得了ISO14001和OHSAS18001认证。西罗公司成功取得了5项特种工艺NADCAP的认证(化学工艺，真空钎焊，焊接，电火花，无损探伤)。西罗公司正在为建设一个航空发动机零件的精良生产中心而努力。 XRA achieved ISO9001/2000 certification in early 2003 and also was AS9100 accredited. At the end of year 2004, XRA was ISO14000/OHSAS18000 accredited. XRA has successfully achieved NADCAP accreditation for 5 special processes (Chemical process, Vacuum brazing, Welding, EDM, NDT).
