斯贝克电子(嘉善)有限公司创立于1997年6月，是一家德国独资的集研发、生产、销售于一体的外资公司，总部位于德国佐林根。产品包括专业舞台音响、家庭HIFI音响、汽车HIFI音响、发烧友级的扬声器及（有源/无源）音箱及电子功放等系列，主要销往欧洲和美国两大市场。
Speaker Electronic (Jia Shan) Co., Ltd. was established in the June of 1997. It is a solely-owned German enterprise engaged in the development, production and sales of speakers with the headquarter based in Solingen Germany. Its products portfolio includes professional stage speakers, HIFI speakers, car speakers, amplifiers and etc. All the products are manufactured for exportation purposes.
工厂占地60亩，拥有13座高度现代化的生产车间、专业的产品演示室和测试室，及强大的研发队伍——一支由中德工程师共同组成、具有国际水准和效率的40多人的研发团队，并拥有省级高新技术企业研究开发中心——斯贝克电声技术省级高新技术企业研究开发中心！
The factory takes up 60mu with 13 modern production workshops, a professional test room, products show room and a strong R&D team consisting of both Chinese and German engineers of more than 40 people with up-to-the-edge technique level and international know-how, crowned with the title of the R&D Center of High-tech company at provincial level-- Speaker Electroacoustic High-Tech R&D Center .
